Petitioner seeks a writ of certiorari from this court quashing a motion for protective order entered by the trial court. Finding that this matter is controlled by Greenberg Traurig Hoffman Lipoff Rosen Quentel, P.A. v. Bolton, 706 So.2d 97 (Fla. 3d DCA 1998), we grant the petition for certiorari and quash the order on motion for protective order.
