PER CURIAM.
We affirm defendant’s conviction with one exception. The trial court is directed to correct the judgment to indicate that defendant pled nolo contendere to simple battery on a law enforcement officer, rather than to aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer.
Affirmed as modified; remanded with instructions.
