Petitioner has submitted a petition for writ of mandamus which has been treated as a petition for writ of prohibition seeking disqualification of the Fifth District Court of Appeal. The petition is hereby denied. Seegenerally Gilliam v. State, 582 So. 2d 610, 611 (Fla. 1991) (finding that “[m]erely receiving adverse rulings is not a ground for recusal”).
