Having considered the briefs filed by the parties, this Court has determined that the report of the referee should be approved in all respects. Accordingly, Michael Joseph Murphy is hereby disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Florida, effective immediately.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Michael Joseph Murphy in the amount of $4,100.66, for which sum let execution issue.
