The uncontested report of the referee is approved and the suspension imposed by this Court on May 17, 2005, is hereby terminated. The termination of the suspension in the above case does not affect the emergency suspension imposed in Florida Barv. Rosenberg, No. SC04-2417 (Fla. January 7, 2005), and said suspension remains in effect.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Terry E. Rosenberg in the amount of $1,406.34, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, andif filed, determined.
