PER CURIAM.

In view of HTP, Ltd. v. Lineas Aereas Costarricenses,S.A., 685 So.2d 1238 (Fla. 1996), which the supreme court had not yet decided at the time the trial court entered its order, we reverse and remand for reinstatement of the second amended complaint.

Reversed and remanded.
