Having determined that this Court is without jurisdiction to consider the Verified Petition for Writ of Mandamus/Alternate Request Under the “All Writ Provision” from a March 28, 2002 Decision of the Circuit Court (Appellate, Criminal) that Failed to Give Notice of the Decision to Pro-Se Appellant, Thereby Denying Procedural Due Process and Equal Protection of the Law and a Later Denial of a Verified Writ of Certiorari filed in the Fourth District Court of Appeal under any or all of the jurisdictional bases described in article V, section 3(b)(3) and 3(b)(7)-(9), Florida Constitution, the petition is hereby dismissed. See Stallworth v. Moore, 27 Fla. L. Weekly S768 (Fla. Sept. 19, 2002).
No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
