PER CURIAM.
In this petition for certiorari, or alternatively for prohibition, petitioner seeks review of the trial court’s proposal to destroy certain notes taken by the jury. We are now advised that the notes are in the custody of the Circuit Court Clerk and have been placed under seal. Upon the representation that the notes will remain intact and be available for review in the event of a plenary appeal, we deny the petition.
CERTIORARI DENIED.
