Upon review of the responses to this Court’s order to show cause dated October 31, 2002, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Raford v. State, 828 So.2d 1012
(Fla. 2002). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.
