The order of the circuit court granting appellee’s request for a permanent injunction in connection with a dump site operated by appellants is affirmed. This court’s order of December 11, 1980, staying the order of the circuit court granting the injunction, is hereby vacated. No petition for rehearing will be entertained and the mandate will issue forthwith.
