We affirm the final summary judgment against appellant, S.C.H. Realty, Inc. [S.C.H.] upon a finding that seller-principal, South Bayshore Development Corporation [South Bayshore], is not liable to subagentbroker S.C.H. in light of the undisputed evidence in the record indicating that South Bayshore neither directly contracted with S.C.H. to retain its services nor authorized or ratified the employment of S.C.H. Whidden v. Morse, 213 So.2d 625
(Fla. 2d DCA 1968).

Affirmed.
