The Court approves the uncontested referee’s report and directs that respondent receive a public reprimand to be administered by his attendance before the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “A” at a date and time to be determined by the grievance committee.

Respondent shall attend and successfully complete the next scheduled session of The Florida Bar’s Ethics School held in his geographical area.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Carl Roland Hayes in the amount of $2,000.00, for which sum let execution issue.
