On Wednesday, December 29, 2010, this Court approved the uncontested report of the referee and suspended Respondent from the practice of law until such time that she provides proof of a passing score on the MPRE Exam as required by this Court’s order dated November 2, 2006. On April 12, 2011, this Court received a “Notice of Respondent’s Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination Passing Score” from The Florida Bar. Having provided a passing score on the MPRE, Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC09-2365 and is automatically reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.
