March 26, 2003.
Decision Without Published Opinion.
Lower Tribunal No. 1D01-4834
Having determined that the First District Court of Appeal was vested with appellate jurisdiction when the trial court entered its January 10, 2002, final order dismissing the complaint, see Fla.R.App.P. 9.110(m), the Petition for Writ of Mandamus is hereby granted. The District Court of Appeal, First District, shall reinstate petitioner’s appeal. Because we trust that the First District Court of Appeal will fully comply with the dictates of this order, we withhold issuance of the writ.
